Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arlo mobile application and website at followarlo.com, operated by Arlo ("we", "us", "our"). By using Arlo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Arlo. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or let others access it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Transactions

Arlo facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for the terms, fulfillment, and quality of their transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Arlo. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Arlo platform.

The Arlo name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arlo and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of products, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with another user, we encourage you to resolve it directly. You may contact us at support@followarlo.com for assistance, but we are not obligated to mediate disputes.

Any dispute between you and Arlo shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Portugal, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Where applicable, EU consumer protection laws will apply.
